Designed and developed entirely by REX Developments, the project leverages Type III wood-frame construction over a Type I concrete podium to maximize density, efficiency, and structural performance on an urban infill site.

The unit mix includes studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences, each designed to appeal to young professionals and urban renters seeking design-forward living in a prime Los Angeles location. Each unit is a true loft: double-height open living volumes, upper sleeping lofts accessed by custom architectural ladders, sage green shaker cabinetry, warm hardwood floors, Calacatta marble countertops, and botanical accent walls. The building's signature rooftop terrace — cascading greenery across all five stories — makes Blackhaus one of the most visually distinctive new residential buildings in Koreatown.
